1. Service Agreement

By using FixWater CA services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our water damage restoration services
are provided by licensed and insured contractors throughout California.

2. Service Availability

Services are available Monday through Sunday, 10:00am to 2:00am. Service availability is subject to ZIP code
verification. We serve Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Riverside and surrounding counties.

3. Free Estimates

Free estimates are provided for qualifying services. Final pricing may vary based on the extent of water damage
and required restoration work.

4. Independent Contractors

All contractors/providers are independent. FixWater CA does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is
the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and
insurance required for the work being performed.

5. Limitation of Liability

FixWater CA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by delays in service beyond our
control. All persons depicted in photos or videos are actors or models and not actual contractors.
